The most important to get the ICS Look is the launcher.There are many ICS Launchers and themes in the market .But I will recommend the best which is the Holo Launcher.

2) Locker-Go locker with ICS theme
After the launcher the most important thing is the locker. There are tons of locker too but which gives the true feel is Go locker.Go locker can be customized to ICS with the help of themes just search Go locker ICS Themes in the Playstore select the one according to your taste.

3) Status Bar-Omega Status Bar with ICS theme
For the status bar my choice will be the omega status bar with ICS theme.Because it displays the notifications well than other status bars.The ICS theme for omega status bar is available in the playstore.

1) Ex-dialer
If you want the ICS dialer.Then install Ex-dialer and its ICS theme.It supports a lot of theme and provides more capabilities than the stock dialer.Like slide right to call and slide left to message the contact.

The stock messaging app for the Froyo.Make sure you turn of the notifications of previous messaging app otherwise you will receive two notifications for the same sms.
